Arccas was established over 10 years ago by the current company directors, Marc Lee and Nick Stoddart. Having started as a small company, maintaining private gardens, we have continued to apply the same level of meticulous attention to detail to the large commercial estates and portfolios that we now look after. We train our staff to ensure these high standards are met throughout the company and have heavily invested in the technology and systems we use to ensure we can monitor work completed by our employees to give our clients the peace of mind to put their trust in us.

Director
Nick has extensive knowledge of the grounds maintenance industry having worked in it for over ten years. As well as being hands on and providing an excellent service, Nick excels in finding innovative ways to save the company money ensuring we can offer very competitive prices to our clients. Since starting the company in 2011 with Marc, Nick has ensured that it has seen steady growth over the years creating a stable and secure business. When Nick isn’t busy strimming, mowing or landscaping he can be found taking long walks with his dog.
Director
Marc has worked in the grounds maintenance industry for over ten years and takes great pride in his work and the work carried out by Arccas. Amongst numerous other exciting projects, Marc designed and created the garden for one of the most prestigious mansions in Torquay and is highly experienced in landscape design. Having keenly assisted his father with gardening as a young boy and going on to study the subject at college, his passion for his work runs deeps and when he is not gardening you will find him running marathons and spending time with his young family.
Director of Midlands Operations
Tom has worked for Arccas for seven years and has developed excellent attention to detail, which he instils in all of his operatives in the Midlands. Tom provides a great deal of training to ensure our standards are kept extremely high. Tom manages operations in the Midlands, ensuring a strict schedule is adhered to and liaises closely with property managers to maintain excellent relationships. When he is not working hard on site, on the phone dealing with clients or speaking with his team, he enjoys time with his family.
Administrative Director
Having completed her law degree at Kingston University, Olivia went on to pursue a career in human resources and was previously the HR Director of a large law firm in Devon before joining Arccas in 2017. Olivia works from our office to ensure the smooth running of Arccas and when she’s not there, she enjoys walking by the sea and heading to the beach with her family.
